Highly palatable, adaptable to a wide rand of pasture, works well with other grasses in producing higher levels of essential minerals for livestock.  These deep rooting, drought tolerant perennial herbs are high quality summer forages, yet will live through cold winters.
 

Antler Chicory

    Selected for large leaves, which makes it an excellent forage yielder.


Brassicas

    (Brassica rapa) such as turnips and rape are high yielding, high quality, fast growing crops that is utilized by livestock.  Brassica can provide grazing anytime during the summer and fall depending upon the time of planting and winter depending upon the climate. Supplementary feed source, high quality, digestible feed as high as 90%.


Brow-Tine Chicory
    Brow -Tine Chicory is a broad leaf perennial herb. It produces a deep root and is drought tolerant. Also it is cool season active.


Buckhorn Plantain

    Plaintain is a forage herb that will provide high levels of calcium, cobalt, phosphorus, and copper. It is also persistent in high traffic areas.


Plantain (New)

    Coming fall of 2009. Will be very impressive in forge yields and animal performance.


Purple Top Turnips

    Purple Top Turnips are a highly digestible forage herb. They are used for early fall through late winter grazing. They are a great way to extend the grazing season.
